Ryan Davies is a fully qualified personal trainer available 7 days a week for one to one tuition and fitness as well as group sessions.

Based at Davies Boxing Gym near the M55 inĀ Blackpool, Lancashire, (which he owns with his Father, and Trainer, Mark Davies) Ryan is knowledgeable in a variety of fitness training styles and techniques, not just boxing, but weight loss, cardio, muscle building, general fitness, sports performance and many more. Through his career as a professional boxer and history of boxing since a young age, fitness and training have always been a passion of his, tapping into various resources to constantly broaden his knowledge, improve his skills and techniques in personal training.

His experience as a personal trainer extends to training a wide range of clients, dealing with all ages, genders and fitness levels for weight loss, sports conditioning, body fat reduction, overall wellbeing and those who wish to learn more about boxing.
