Davies, who is currently unbeaten at 3-0 and defeated Danny Little in his most impressive performance last time out, faces the Atherton based Warburton who has only been stopped twice in his 94 fight career.
It is an action packed card in Rotherham, which features Sam Sheedy in an eliminator for the Commonwealth light middleweight championship and also includes Scott Westgarth and Walid Din.
